Two Bite Brownies

Perfect for a packed lunch, or serve at any party/get together! These two bite brownies are quick to throw together, with just 10 minutes in the oven (or less if you want them more on the gooey side). Topping with chocolate hazelnut spread, and whatever fruit you have kicking around, makes these little brownies extra cute. I’ve used dark chocolate & dark cocoa powder in this recipe, but feel free to use whatever chocolate you have and regular cocoa powder – I just simply love the taste of dark chocolate. I hope you can make these and share them with someone to brighten their day. It’s so nice to share a treat and see the smile it brings to someone’s face.

If you don’t have a mini cupcake tin, you can easily make these in a 8×8 pan, just increase the baking time by 15 minutes, checking with tester 5 minutes prior. But honestly you can pick a mini cupcake tin up almost anywhere!

If you have made these and would like to share your creations feel free to send a pic or tag on Instagram @bairdsbaking . Find more recipes and short videos over there as well!

Reel of me making these found on Instagram; @bairdsbaking, check it out!
